My family is in town visiting for Easter so we had a busy day! It started with Easter mass this morning after our 3 mile run. Then we came back to the apartment and had a nice brunch that included a healthy breakfast casserole Melissa found in a Cooking Light magazine. Melissa then took April for a long walk to burn her excess puppy energy off. While they were gone, I watched The Masters where Phil Mickelson, my wife's favorite golfer, made a late run at his third green jacket and fell short. We then had a lovely Easter dinner where we unveiled our homemade Butter Lamb!!! This is a polish tradition (neither one of us is Polish, but hey it’s fun), you can get them in Buffalo at the Broadway Market for Easter. Check out the picture. That's all for now!

Happy Easter Everyone!
