This evening at the gym both my wife and I challeneged myself to run 4 miles straight. Melissa had done it the night before and I set my goal of this month to run 5 miles straight, so I felt that this was an achievable goal. The first 2 miles were pretty hard but I was able to push through and increase my speed and finish my run in under 50 minutes. I will be working on increasing my speed and stamina next.
